* Natural Wood Characteristics: Our products are crafted from natural wood. Individual differences in wood grain, color tones, and the presence of natural knots are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
* Complimentary Items: Certain maintenance items (e.g., beeswax cream) may be excluded from international shipments due to import regulations.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your expectations. Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Matsuba Factory reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You warrant that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges unless otherwise stated.
* United States Orders: Customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout (DDP).
* Other Countries: Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer (DDU).

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
